THE BUNGALOW

Land adjacent to #54 Henty Rd, Worthing

Commenced October 2022

BRIEF

In the same vein as Green Mews and Queensbury Mews, our Bungalow project at Henty Road, Worthing is a scheme that had proved to be commercially unattractive to deliver in masonry or light steel framing. The partners decided to purchase the vacant plot and build the proposed bungalow in Cross Laminated Timber in a panellised design.

This design includes a range of innovations that have been developed from our earlier projects, particularly in the foundations.

CLT Structures LLP have created a building that we believe will become a landmark of sustainable construction. Not only will the building have the same efforts made to ensure energy efficiency but will also be a commercial success.
