Jason started out at Brighton School of Technology where he qualified as a City and Guilds Master Carpenter specialising in Cut and Pitch Roofing and Timber Frame Construction.

In 1991 Jason qualified as a Financial Adviser for Sun Alliance covering all aspects in the financial arena. He previously was Managing Director of his own Independent Financial Advisors Practice for 20 years and now specialises in arranging commercial finance for businesses and entrepreneurs, he also assists clients to restructure their businesses in this complex world we live in.

Jason’s roll in CLT structures includes:

• Identifying potential development sites.

• Liaising with new clients.

• Provide the facility for funding for new and existing projects.

• Project manage in full or part as required.

• Provide a full financial analysis for each project and assist in delivering the finished product in line with our other Partners.
